Final Assembly
By deconstructing and reverse engineering the inner components of a pen, I was able to create an outer shell with appropriate tolerancing to use a press fit technique.
Printed Results
The two grey pieces were designed on SOLIDWORKS and printed in PLA. The remaining pieces were measured and dimensioned so the model above could be created.
